Once an interconnected electric factory, the property played a pivotal role in shifting the city from muscle to machine—powering a new era of urban life in the early 1900s.

Sundry was tasked with transforming a graffiti-covered, riverworn structure into a vibrant mixed-use destination—blending residential, coworking, wellness, and hospitality for today’s urban dweller—while making a compelling case for Philadelphians to return to the long-overlooked Delaware River waterfront.

We developed the creative direction, identity, and core visual system, drawing from the site’s industrial past and its future as a place of energy, connection, and modern luxury. The result is a flexible brand system designed to scale seamlessly across digital, print, and environmental applications—anchoring a brand that feels elevated, contemporary, and cohesive.
